How we collect it
We collect information through WhatsApp messages, email, phone calls, and in person at the clinic. This website has no forms for entering information.
Why we collect it
We use it to answer your inquiries, to book and manage appointments, to send you messages about your appointments, and to provide care.
Messages go through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Replies may be written by an AI assistant, and a human at the clinic can take over the conversation on request. WhatsApp and Meta also handle messages under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by emailing mai@mahd.clinic.

We use the following providers to run the clinic's messaging, booking, website and email:

- GoHighLevel, the clinic's messaging and booking software

Your information is shared with these providers for that purpose.
Health information
People may send health-related details about themselves or their child in WhatsApp chats. We ask that you do not send medical details through the website or by email.
Storage, security and retention
We store information in the systems listed above and take reasonable steps to protect it. We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load scripts or fonts from other companies. Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to WhatsApp messages at any time. To do so, email mai@mahd.clinic or message us on WhatsApp, or reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages. We will review your request and reply to you.
Children
The clinic's patients are children, but this website is intended for parents and guardians. We ask parents and guardians to give us their child's information.
